Our team are dedicated to making sure we continue to look after our clients, including many in essential services, to the highest possible standards, despite the daily changes and challenges we are all facing.
Paramount though, is our team's welfare, as well as that of our suppliers, clients and their families. We are taking our responsibility to protect them against Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously and implementing every precaution to protect those who come into contact with BCQ.
We are continually monitoring, updating and implementing policies in line with Government and Public Health England recommendations and guidelines, as well as advising our team on World Health Organisation (WHO) hygiene and personal precautions.
We have implemented home based working for our office-based team and meetings, both internal and external, are being held by video or telephone conference calls.
Our production team are working in shifts and exercising strict social distancing. Each shift is issued with new face masks, gloves and antibacterial wipes, alcohol sprays and cleaning products continually to keep work areas clean.
Our supply of materials is unhindered, as any paper, inks and other materials purchased are coming from multiple suppliers and locations.
And to help, in our own small way, we are producing PPE visors to protect frontline workers, and others who could be exposed to it, from COVID-19.
With so much uncertainty, we are doing all we can to maintain “business as usual” so you can be assured BCQ will be here to help with your print, direct mail and creative requirements.
