Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS), a finishing equipment supplier to the graphics arts sector, came to us to produce a video for use by their sales team in client meetings and at events to support their proposition and sales discussions.
Working closely with IFS to understand them, their business and their product, it became clear they had a lot of very loyal and well-known customers within the graphic arts industry, providing important credibility in a competitive market.
As a result, three long-standing clients, including BCQ, became the focus for the video and included interviews with them on their premises, as well as filming in Germany and onsite at IFS’ offices.
The video was a big step away from what was customary within their industry and a push forward for them and their organisation.
