We have state of the art software so we can provide all industry standard suppressions including, fuzzy deduping, postage optimisation, Postcode Address File (PAF) and Mail Preference Service (MPS).

We can take data in most formats and can integrate various data streams and merge them into one output.

We can provide variable edge-to-edge digital full colour printing on C6, DL and C5 as well as membership card printing.

We have sophisticated Mailsort software which allows us to run all types of Mailsort services, including all the UK Downstream Access (DSA) providers.

BCQ is fully accredited with all Royal Mail services including Mailmark, OCR and Hi Sort. We are able to post through all the DSA Suppliers and provide overseas direct entry services.

With our knowledge of the postage system we can offer exceptional postage rates whether mailsort, standard tariff or overseas. This can be through our preferred DSA provider, Royal Mail or though several overseas consolidator providers that we work with, offering you a faster delivery, and better value for money.

We have two 8-station enclosing machines. These can enclose from an undersize C6 to an oversize C4. In addition we have stream feeders and shuttle feeders, allowing us to enclose anything from a 12mm thick book to a CD.

For sensitive applications and multiple prime documents such as billing applications we can provide selective enclosing and have 3-way Camera matching, via OCR or 2D barcodes.

We can provide input and output verification ad reporting via text, CSV or PDF as required.
